I'm also having this exact same stop/start repeating behaviour when playing MP3 files from an attached USB stick. Doesn't matter if I re-scan, eject reinsert/rescan whatever it's happening more and more often now. Very disappointing, sorry to say I wouldn't buy one now if I'd known. Logitech should get this (and other issues) sorted out - soon. Don't get that behaviour from the (much maligned) WDTV or other USB devices.
