Tim - how many files are those "thousands" you had on the disk you plugged in to the device? Can we know a little more about the number, folder structures, file formats etc.? Are there any/many other non-music files on the same disk?
We should start to understand why the embedded server fails so miserably for some, while it's working fine for many.
