Have not listened to the ADAM Artist 3 yet, but hopefully they will have them at CEDIA 2010. I spent almost 3 hours on day 2 of CEDIA 2009 with the ADAM reps (second only to McIntosh's 5 hours). In the speaker unfriendly environment of the open area of the Georgia World Congress Center, all of their models surprised me. SInce you are local to them, you probably can get a pair of Model 7s for what the 3s are going to cost me State side. If you value bass output, buy the biggest monitor you can buy whether using a subwoofer or not. Speaking of subs, ADAM has a great one that works wonders with the Model 7. But if the kitchen is small, the AE A2s or A5s would surely be plenty. -- iPhone *iPhone* Media Room: Transporter, VTL TL-6.5 Signature Pre-Amp, Ayre MX-R Mono's, VeraStarr 6.4SE 6-channel Amp, Vandersteen Speakers: Quatro Mains, VCC-5 Reference Center, four VSM-1 Signatures, Video: Runco RS 900 CineWide AutoScope 2.35:1 Living Room: Duet, ADCOM GTP-870HD, Cinepro 3K6SE III Gold, Vandersteen Model 3A Signature, Two 2Wq subs, VCC-2, Two VSM-1 Kitchen: Squeezebox BOOM Bedroom: Second Boom Bathroom: Squeezebox Radio Ford Thunderbird: Duet, Mac Mini Ford Expedition: SB Touch, USB drive ------------------------------------------------------------------------ iPhone's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=13622 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=79438 _______________________________________________ Touch mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/touch
