He got ONLY a power supply and no squeezebox? If that is so, then all I can say is WOW !!!! I assumed that the procedure at Amazon was that a clerk stuffs the shipping box and then another Amazon employee verifies what is in the box before it is sealed in the presence of two people. If Amazon doesn't do it like that, then it should revise its procedures to make sure this doesn't happen again. And if this was caused by an Amazon warehouse employee, then it seems that that employee not only didn't put the product in the box, he put only a power supply in the box with part of the label from the squeezebox box? If that happened, it would be quite unsettling.
