I don't use a NAS but on the XP version of SBS there is a connection
diagnosis screen within the Control Panel.
If present, what does this say for all pings/ports/IP's?

If you navigate Touch on SBS to the Internet Radio menu can you play
anything?
No MySB account is required to use the Internet Radio menu's.  If you
can't play a station in there then your NAS is not seeing the internet.
