Either that, or don't connect (explicitly) to mysqueezebox.com, and do
everything through your local SBS running on your computer or NAS. 

The reason is that usually the firmware for the device (eg, Touch and
Controller) is updated at the same time as the server software. And
mysb.com will generally be running the latest release of the server
software. So if you don't update your local SBS then you'll get the
flipflopping of firmware updates/downdates. The main exception to this
is the older players like SB2 or SB3/Classic, which aren't getting as
many firmware updates of late.
