Tag&Rename ( http://www.softpointer.com/tr.htm ) can do #2, as well as generate a jpg in the flac directory. Some manual confirmation is required - see http://www.softpointer.com/tr_help/02.05_How_to_get_album_information_from_amazon.com.htm for an example.
