I have no understanding of how you jump to such wild speculation. Why in the world would they even bother putting up the "Exclusively" label on the website if your logic was even remotely true? If it were being discontinued and replaced, would it not make more sense to blow them out in every outlet available? And more importantly they would not be at full list MSRP on the Logitech Website. I could sell 100 of them in a month if they would wholesale the Touch. Crutchfield and Amazon could sell thousands. And if they were upgrading it, it would probably still be called Touch, it would just have a newer processor and more RAM while only going into the supply system when the current Touch units were all sold. I heard that demand in the EU was two to three times what they had projected. I think it is more of a move to get things under control through inhouse sales and put the division on a better path.
