They are two different servers, so precisely like home you can have two
different set off settings.
mysqueezebox.com seems to have a limited set of settings compared to
the local server that's your problem :-/

As the old slim players work ,they are really slim so *every*
ir-command except setup goes to the server and server controls the
player, the server genrates all menu's and screens and stuff too. So
it's the server that needs to support the ir-codes too .

Thats why you can build custom ir files on your local server and they
work ,because it's the server that does the real work the SB3,2 is only
and IO device practically.

Anyone any kind of plugin need or special demands quickly outgrow
mysb.com..
