Verify that the Touch and SBS and MySB.com are all using the exact same
email login.
Touch > Settings > Advanced > SqueezeBox Info > MySB
SBS > Settings > MySqueezeBox.com
MySB > Account Settings

If all are the same and correct then I'd suggest you contact support
with your MySB login info and the Touch's MAC address.
