Call support.   ;)
If all three locations (player, SBS, MySB) show the same and correct
MySB login info and it still says it is registered to another user then
only support can help.
Only they can delete the player from MySB completely so you can
re-register it.

Is your NAS showing any DNS issues?  If you go to SBS > Control Panel >
Diagnostics, does it show ALL ports, pings, IP's as OK for MySB?
