Verify that the Touch and SBS and MySB.com are all using the exact same email login. 1. Touch > Settings > Advanced > SqueezeBox Info > MySB 2. SBS > Settings > MySqueezeBox.com 3. MySB > Account Settings
Perform #1 for each sever type you use.
