That's a curious combination, since the premise of Toolbox 2.0 is to lighten the processing load on the Touch as much as possible, and I don't think anything is more demanding than running the built-in server. I suppose the Toolbox 2.0 mods could make a slight incremental improvement in your case, but I strongly suspect there are much bigger gains to be had by running an external server (and getting that USB drive the hell out of the listening room). Indeed, soundcheck explicitly advises against running server tasks on the Touch or connecting a USB drive.
