First, you're really saving them with a .m3u extension and not .txt right?
Second, you say that Travis "works fine". Do you mean it works fine now, or that it doesn't work now, but used to work when you were running SBS on your pc? Third, what path does the Touch see for the playlist directory on your USB drive? The path in new.txt definitely seems wrong. And you have two different paths in Travis (/media/sda1/etc...) and Kings of Leon (media/sda1/etc...). One is an absolute path and the other is relative -- they can only both be right in special cases. One more difference between Travis and KoL is that Travis has Unix end-of-lines, whereas KoL has Windows end-of-lines. The Touch can probably read both, thought I'd mention that in case you eliminate everything else. I don't use a USB drive on my Touch, but the SD card I have in there for photos is seen as /media/mmcblk0p1. I didn't give it that name, the Touch assigned that path itself. So the main thing is, are you _sure_ that the Touch sees your USB library as /media/sda1? And if it does, are you sure the playlist folder has adequate permissions for user 'squeezeboxserver' to read and write to the folder? -- aubuti ------------------------------------------------------------------------ aubuti's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=2074 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=84763 _______________________________________________ Touch mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/touch
