Fairly certain yes. I press volume-up and keep it pressed, it shows the volume bar. I then press the reset button and keep the volume-button pressed. When it boots up I see the "Free your music" screen and it takes me to the main menu and shows the volume bar again. Maybe I point it away from the Touch when I bend forward to press the reset button.
