I agree with this.Seems backwards to me too. It would have to be an awfully high end sound card with some tweaks to the way the OS handles things to be equal to a TOUCH (in my opinion). I'm thinking the OP isn't familiar perhaps with the quality of the TOUCH as a digital transport (close, or maybe the same, as the $2000 transporter many sophisticated users report!). And the TOUCH is not resampling, etc. To the OP, I'm listening as I type to a TOUCH feeding a Benchmark DAC (with S/PDIF coax). And I'm controlling it all from my laptop running SqueezePlay (used as a controller for the touch).
