Err... I never said it was an "issue" - it's easy, I know.  I just
wanted to avoid having to make a second collection of HDCD rips for the
Touch.  But I am already in the process of doing it now.  I'm using
CUETools, and I'm doing some 20-bit rips first (rather than padded
24-bit rips).  I'll only do 24-bit padded rips if the Touch has trouble
with the 20-bit ones (I can't imagine why it would, but you never know).
