Dave,
the transformer on that PSU appears to be rated at 1.65VA? so at 5V it
can deliver 330ma on each secondary...

For the Touch you need AT LEAST a 5x1.5 or 7.5VA PSU - preferably
larger.

I have one running from a 2.5amp TDK-Lambda medical-grade supply - it
gets VERY hot.

You should check your transformer is not too warm...

IMO you need a much bigger transformer and more heatsinking than is
available on that PSU.
