This is my first post. Absolute Audio in Calgary, Alberta was kind enough to lend me an Ayre QB-9 to make sure that it works with the SQ Touch. I followed the instructions and have gotten the QB-9 to produce sound. However, there are ticks and pops; they are intermittent and even disappeared for a few songs. The sound is wonderfully spacious and the most analog sounding I have heard from a digital source but sounds like I am to hacked up vinyl.
The SB Touch is receiving date wirelessly over a Cisco E2000 router. The computer uses a 2.4 Ghz Intel Core processor and has 2 GB of ram. The music files are on an external Western Digital 1 TB drive in wav form.
