Hi Phil & Gary, An interesting update for you. I'm now back from my holidays, browner but poorer. Since returning I have acquired over 600 24/96 and DVD-A tracks which I have put into their own library. Nothing else has been changed. My Touch re-scans this new library with no problems and the display does exactly what the display is supposed to display. Reverting to the previous (non Hi-Res) library leads the scan and display to revert to the earlier misbehaviour. This suggests to numptie me that the problem may not be Norton related but somehow related to some of the non Hi-Res files, but I know nowt!! Any thoughts guys? Thanks for any comments, Dave.
