Hi Guys, I've just about given up on this, hence my silence over recent weeks. I removed ALL references to Norton from my PC some time ago and it hasn't made the slightest difference. I've just e-mailed Touch Support asking them to have a look at it and fix it or replace it as it seems beyond redemption as far as I can see. No matter what I'm playing, tracks from my PC or internet radio, it continually defaults as far as the screen is concerned and eventually shows the digital clock, (as if switched off) with the music still playing. Beautiful SQ but annoying when you can't be sure what's playing. I have an iPod Touch on which I have installed the Logitech Squeezebox app which gets me over this problem in some ways but I'd much rather have a properly fully working SQBX Touch.
