Thanks for taking your time to help me. When I say "empty directories" I mean that when I browse by Artist on the SBT, I can see the Artist "Hifi" and all the albums I've tagged with Hifi as albumartist. But when I open fx. "The Dali Test CD" album - it is empty (this is what I call empty directory - which may be a wrong expression) When I browse by folder structure - everything appears as it should.
All my songs are in the folder structure "Music/Artist/Album/song" which in this case is Music/Hifi/The Dali Test CD/*.flac - and this is more or less how I browse by Artist. I do this because I wish to group a number of albums with different artists and genres. In this case it is the "super quality" recordings I use to test my system. On normal non compilation CD's I don't use weird names like "Hifi" but rather the original artist like Music/Michael Jackson/Thriller/Beat it.flac - and this works. Btw I tried my other theory and as you said it didn't work either. Starting to believe it is a flac tag error in Tiny SBS.
