Just to make sure that my cable modem was not involved in the problem,
I disconnected it from the Router. I then connected the SBT to the new
access point again and checked the IP address. It was still
192.168.1.2. So it's not the Cable Modem. I also tried disconnecting
the switch from the router and hooking the new access point directly to
my old router. Same result. Same IP address.
