It sure seems like you have an additional DHCP server running on your
network that is handing out 192.168.1.x addresses. If the Squeezebox
Touch was contacting the DHCP server on the old router then it would be
getting a 192.168.0.x IP address. If it were unable to contact any DHCP
server then it would have a self-assigned 169.254.x.x address.

If you're sure the DHCP server on the new router is disabled... Do you
have a cable or DSL modem that might have a DHCP server running?
