Easy to do huh??? Sheesh
If you look towards the RCA connectors, you will see a gold test point
MAYBE 1/4 away, from what I can tell from your pic anyway. Use your DVM
to see if the "solder blob" you made and it are a short. IF YES, double
check the right channel to verify it is the same. If yes again, then
what I did was put some solder on that TINY gold test point and then
run a solder tinned wire to it and solder it from there to your "solder
blob" test again with your meter, cross fingers ( like I did) and hope
for the best. Mine was on the opposite side of the cap and the right
channel so I can't be 100% sure this will work for you, but I think it
will. You just have to be sure the land you pulled off goes to that
spot, which I think it does.
