Goodsounds & abuti: 1) I want the Touch to work with SD & USB cards so it can be plugged into an audio system out out the reach of my computer and play music. Like at somebody else's party. If it can't do that, I can stick with my SB Classic.
2) The Touch is advertised as being capable of playing off SD & USB cards. I think Logitech ought to back up their advertising. And if they won't/can't, they ought to offer me a refund, not ignore my issue. 3) I know the Sonos doesn't have the capabilities I didn't get. But its sold locally by hi end audio retailers. If I had problems with the Sonos the retailers would either make it do what its supposed to do or would exchange it. They wouldn't ignore the issue or hope I gave up. I feel that the way Logitech has handled this, they don't deserve my money.
