More to the point, the OP seems to have given up on suggestions to try to get the SD and USB working. There are things that can be done to improve the odds, and who knows, he could be one of the lucky minority.

But if you just want to kvetch, it's not really a useful place to do it, because asking for your money back or 'threatening' to go to Sonos ring pretty hollow in a user-to-user forum.
