A free trial license would be good, but now after testing a few times the CustomClock I noticed it seems to produce errors. I've tested that with the standard Screensavers too but they did no errors. So I think it is a CustomClock misbehavior. It happens at the moment when the Screensaver starts but not for the first time. The first time the screensaver starts it works, then I choose another song and for the second time and the connection to the usbdevice gets lost. The error text is "Der lokale Musikdienst wurde aufgrund eines Fehlers beendet" (german). So the Logitech Media server stops. It does no matter which skin I've chosen. And after the error happened, the system seems unstable, the title names don't change, the track position is frozen... I need to restart the system to work again right. I have a TrekStor hard drive connected through USB and there are only big .wav files on it (I've ripped CDs with EAC). But that shouldn't be the problem. So I think somehow CustomClock trys to get online or it wants to change the music library while the song is played from the usb device. And this causes the error?! Maybe I need at least a trial licence for preventing this error? If that error would not occur, I would like to try CustomClock. Can you help me?
