Having AutoUpgrade enabled (which has its own internal options as to
full- or partial-auto), I was getting a) an ?hourly SB message popping
up from the Win7 notification area inviting me to click and install
LMS; likewise, in the SC Control Panel was a Upgrade Available message.
When I clicked on that, an error message popped up about MS Visual. 
Having installed that, those Upgrade Available messages have all
vanished...
