You can use more than one genre tag or use a separator like ";" ( you have to set a preference in LMS ) . Multiple tags is probably the best aproach .
The multilibrary plugin is probably a good idea . But it may not matter after a while , if she learns to use the search function or build some playlist . If her music is in a separate folder ,then the "music folder" menu i usable ,it is not as good as the real menus as it don't use tags. A multiuser function has been a long standing feature request for squeezeboxes . Running more than one server is also an option, the simplest case is if there are more than one computer/NAS that is likely to be on , then there will be a switch server menu in my music , the limit here is that the player can only be registered to one mysqueezebox.com account at the time so you can't have completely separated apps .
