For what it is worth, don't believe everything you read about Soundcheck's Toolbox tweaks. Are the TOUCH units night and day difference from duet receiver? Not in my opinion. Could I ABX a difference in a blind test. Ummmm, maybe with certain specific tracks, but it would be a challenge. That said, I really like my TOUCH players, and as I've said before, if the Touch had existed before the TRANSPORTER, I likely would not have purchased the TRANSPORTER. And if you're in to 24/192 stuff, Triode's EDO app can make the TOUCH play 24/192 to many different DACs via either s/pdif coax or USB out. Plus for the TOUCH out of the box, the screen, etc. is a lot easier to deal with than the duet, it plays 24/96 natively, etc. etc.
