I also notice some "clicks" when playing files, that occurs about once every 5 or 10 minutes. Very annoying. Every time I try to reproduce the noise by listening back on the track and the click is no longer there (sometimes the click is reproducible, meaning it is not SBT's fault). I only use tinySC (SBT local server). I installed Triode's EDO utility hoping to solve this problem (the possibility to tweak buffer sizes may be helful). So if anybody has a solution, please share with us.
