My Synology NAS works direct to MDAC via USB (using Synology Audio Station) however it supports neither gapless or 24 bit playback so I wanted a better Audio player. LMS is supported as a third party plugin and downloads direct from Synology. It finds my library and looks the part but finds 'no player' I'm just trying to remove the last 2 words from its vocabulary ! It works if I install Squeezplay on my PC and feed the MDAC from there!!. I gave up recently and started feeding my MDAC direct from my PC using JRivers which sounds sublime (direct from memory) apart from the 5 cooling fans and a 3 metre( sorry 6 foot) USB cable. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ misterdog's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=56980 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=94512 _______________________________________________ Touch mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/touch
