what PC are you using? Mac, PC. And which OS? Start simple. Install the
LMS 7.7.2 version for your computer, once installed, go to the webGUI
and click settings on the lower right side of screen. Go into settings
and in music library set the directory location of your music files. It
will take a while to scan all your music files (mine takes about an hour
with about 70,000 tracks). Go to mysqueezebox.com tab and enter your
mysb.com credentials. Get everything working at the point, and then you
can explore something like Triode's EDO app, some of the plugins, etc.
I personally don't like to integrate itunes with my Squeezebox stuff
(even though you can). I use itunes as well and you can point both LMS
and itunes at the same music files without the need for integration.
The only thing you would lose from NOT integrating is the use of your
itunes playlists.

p.s. try to ignore the wacko, audiophool posts related to tweaking your
Touch (forever if possible, but if not, at least wait until you become
very knowledgable about using the TOUCH and LMS in your system). Too
many new users come here, read a few wacko tweaker's posts, and decide
they can't possibly use the TOUCH without lots of tweaking. Nothing
could be farther from the truth.

Enjoy!
