Yep in Win XP you had to use foobar2000 with kernel streaming or similar otherwise everything got resampled to 48k with some bad algorithm or wasapi or asapi drivers or what not ? You could fix it but it was some hustle , it is never straight forward to ensure bitperfectness when using a computer as output . A good test is to keep an DTS or ac3 encoded WAV or FLAC file around , if the output is not bitperfect an AV Receiver or AV Preamp would not understand it produce only white noise . ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Mnyb's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=4143 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=97019 _______________________________________________ Touch mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/touch
