Sq will be the same . And besides having to little memory Touch have problems with bus powered drives or rather the USB power output is not as overspeced as many computers , it still puts out more mA than the standard requires , but many disc manufacturers cheats with bus powered drives and they really pull more power than they should .
A powered hub or a drive with its own power supply is prefered . Also sometimes deleting the database and directory the Touch placed on the drive and let it begin from scratch can help . It's a hidden folder named .squeezebox I think . As many treads on this forum tells a not to big library well organised files and folders ( one folder per album album folders organised in artist folders ) and the file tags should be in very good shape , is most likely to work . And also kep in mind the the file format support is less because Touch can not transcode, so keep to flac or mp3 . ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Mnyb's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=4143 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=98234 _______________________________________________ Touch mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/touch
