If there is some sort of weird problem network with flow - then sometime enabling "proxying" in the LMS server can help.
For the Touch player in the LMS WebUI setting/Player/Audio - change "MP3 Streaming method" from "direct" to "proxied". Although it is called "MP3 streaming" IIRC it also applies to WMA and AAC.
