If you want a cheaper way rather than "wasting" an expensive Touch get yourself a 2nd hand O2 Joggler and install squeezeplay on it. Might be tricky if you're in the U.S.A but for my fellow British forumites a very good solution. The Joggler can also be a player on its own and with a decent USB DAC can be the equal of a Touch IMO.
