We also used to have an ftp to upload "problem" files to logitech for testing ,but i can no longer find the link ? it's used be searchale in our wiki ? maybe logitech has closed down the option to submit test files ? Does it play any mono file format ? you have narrowed it down to 24/96 ALAC mono ? or is it just that this the mono files you have ? worth testings is "normal" sampling rates 16/44.1 wav/aiff/flac format , maybe this is about any 24/96 mono file ? worth finding out before pusting a bug report . And if you file a bug please report back here and other will now and you can get voters for the bug or confirmation by others with the same problem . That would make it more likely to get fixed . btw how many files are we talking about ? you can always make them stereo with the same content in both channels if it's not a shedload of work ?
