Hi Starcat, thanks for the feedback - with regards to the mounting to
the wall with glue or silicone etc - the original ones i made actually
had a couple of screw holes in which although worked - was a little more
fragile if mounting on plasterboard as the frame  is small and trying
once you cut the hole you had to sink the plasterboard fixing close to
the edge of the hole. It is doable by screwing a couple of holes in the
frame and I have one mounted this way but i didn't feel it was the best
way for everyone.

as for shape of it, i thought it was pretty good but this will always be
down to personal preference, I can do any shape really on a custom basis
but will cost more to get the design drawn up and cut.

Although not a perfect mounting solution, i think its still better than
what Logitech produced (but then didn't sell)
