Thanks for reply. Yes, I reconfigured the network to wired Ethernet. I have been using FLAC files. I am connecting SBT to DAC via spdiff (only option with the DAC, built into amp. The 5 seconds between buffering sounds very good! I will check settings of LMS in the NAS, although that will be a learning curve in itself :) Out of interest, I tried to play the 192/24 tracks from USB stick into the Touch (after setting that up and scanning) and it would not recognise 192/24 FLAC files fron USB, only 96/24 and less.
