you don't add spotify via the touch or credentials via the touch. You do this on the web from a computer: www.mysqueezebox.com, login, look at my apps there on the web. and make sure the credentials are entered. And you can only have ONE spotify account associated with the mysqueezebox.com account. And alternative that might work better, is go on to your PC, go on the web to your LMS web interface, click on settings in lower right, then go to plugins tab. tick the "show third party plugins options" then find "3rd Party Spotify Plugin" (note it is alphabetically at top, NOT under spotify). Then once you install this and restart LMS, return to settings > plugins > 3rd party spotify plugin, and to the right click settings. Then enter your spotify credentials. This will allow you to use this spotify app instead. Note the PC running LMS must be on when you're using this approach. p.s. I'm confused with your references to shortcuts. The Touch and LMS don't have "shortcuts" or ask to add shortcuts that I recall.
