Hi

I am now able to listen to both My Music ( from the computer) and
Spotify…BUT..to listen to Spotify I have to browse to App Gallery ( My
Apps is no longer visible on the Touch menus, I did restore defaults)
then Music on Demand, select Spotify which then tells me it's already
installed and that's a dead end, if you uninstall return to Apps Gallery
and reinstall you can then launch Spotify and find and play music. I am
able to return to My Music (on the computer) without seeing a menu about
switching libraries but if you then want Spotify again you have to
repeat the whole browse/uninstall/reinstall routine.

It strikes me that I need to restore My Apps in the hope that Spotify
will be there and I can launch it but I suspect that if I do somehow
find a way of adding My Apps back that I'll see the error message I had
seen previously suggesting the Touch is registered to another
user….which to the best of my knowledge it isn't since I bought it new.

confused and frustrated!
