sorry, I'm very confused too. Part of the issue is that you're trying to "set things up" from the TOUCH itself. That is rarely necessary for dealing with apps and plugins, etc. Essentially everything should be setup via either the web (www.mysqueezebox.com) or Logitech Media Server Settings (running on your PC). I'm guessing that LMS does NOT have your mysqueezebox.com credentials entered properly. Thus, when you try to go to spotify, it wants to switch (on the touch) to mysqueezebox.com library.
Go to LMS > Settings > mysqueezebox.com tab, then make sure you've entered your mysqueezebox.com username and password, then hit APPLY in lower right of page.
