Yes a reset or reinstal of the Touch may help try that . Then try the unmodified Touch , before installing any modifications. Try all outputs .
But it could be a hardware problem. :/ IMO 24/96 is not exactly a "limiation" , but if USB is the prefered ( or only ) input on your DAC :) edo is a very nice add on , but i think it disables the analog out . So if tou want to see if every output is working test Touch unmodified .
