Using the built-in DAC? No.

DSD (dsf) can be converted to pcm and played on a PCM-only player/DAC,
or it can be repackaged (not converted - the contents of the bits stay
the same) into DoP and played on a DSD-capable DAC.

There is no defined network streaming format for DSD. DoP is a way to
encapsulate the DSD data (without changing the audio contents) for
transport over non-DSD-aware channels, but the actual audio data stays
DSD.

No, not really. The fallacy comes from the fact that it is possible to
do a primitive DSD-to-analog conversion using just a driver stage and a
low-pass filter, but that doesn't make it any easier to play it
properly. Most DACs these days are multi-bit delta-sigma, requiring
conversion for both PCM and 1-bit DSD. For pretty much any sort of
processing, DSD has to be converted to PCM and possibly back again.
