Sorry if I wasn't clear either. When I wrote "DSD (dsf) can be [...] repackaged (not converted - the contents of the bits stay the same) into DoP and played on a DSD-capable DAC.", that was precisely what I was talking about. To me "convert" means actually changing the audio data.
