The issues you'll find with hi-rez files played on the TOUCH using USB connections or SD cards does *not* have anything to do with the sound quality, etc. The problems, if they appear, would be related to dropouts, buffering issues, stuttering, etc. The problem would *not* be some sort of subtle "sound quality".
