Nobody has ever demonstrated that any reasonable tweaking change affects the digital outputs in any way good or bad . There are tons of anecdotes and audiophile lore about it and sighted testing ,this does not really mean anything .
With unreasonable tweaking you can have it "different" :D Best practice is to just let it be in factory state ,unless you really need the USB output ( the DAC has nothing else ) then you can install EDO . Tweaking it leads to problems or incompatibilities , it starts to act weird with LMS and controlling apps . Btw do not missuse the file types setting in LMS as some audio tweak section that's not was its for . The usuall result is more weird issues and no better sound . These settings are for solving specific problems :) -------------------------------------------------------------------- Main hifi: Touch + CIA PS +MeridianG68J MeridianHD621 MeridianG98DH 2 x MeridianDSP5200 MeridianDSP5200HC 2 xMeridianDSP3100 +Rel Stadium 3 sub.
