Ok, so we are talking about the same. Very good question. I have looked through the options and settings to try to find out what controls the mp3 streaming, but I do not think I found sth, namely the control that is responsible for choosing the stream quality. I have not played a lot with my STB, however I bought it used. So maybe somewhere 'deep' sth was changed by the previous user, which affects it and I am not aware of. Does anyone know where to change the stream settings/quality?
BTW, I installed this mod [http://soundcheck-audio.blogspot.com/2011/11/touch-toolbox-30.html], which made wonders to sound quality. I do not think it affects streaming. Idea: Are there any plugins that need to enabled to have flac streaming?
